LOCH LOMOND ANGLING
SCHOOL
The Chief Instructor at
Loch Lomond Angling School, David Bell, sets the
standard for instruction and this is what he has to
say about his time in fishing:
"Fly-fishing has
been my life for the past 40 years. Qualified as
Salmon and Trout National Instructor (Salmon) in
1985 I took the Association of Professional Game
Anglers Instructors certificate on the 31st July
1987. Currently a member of the Scottish Anglers
National Associations coaching committee."
As a fully qualified Salmon casting instructor -
holder of both the STANIC (Salmon and Trout Anglers
National Instructors Certificate) and the
prestigious APGAI (Advanced Professional Game
Angling Instructor) certificate, you will receive
the best possible instruction available in the field
of fly fishing.
Having been retained by one of the worlds leading
fishing tackle manufacturers on development of the
full spectrum of game angling equipment – rods reels
and fly lines, l have an in depth knowledge of
modern game angling equipment produced by all the
major manufacturers both in the UK and the USA and
will give an unbiased recommendation on the best
equipment and balanced tackle for you and the
particular discipline you wish to pursue, with an
outfit to suit your particular needs and pocket.
This year I spent some time in both the Pacific
North West of the USA and Scandinavia at various
Spey Claves (meetings) demonstrating and discussing
the future of casting and fly fishing in not only in
the USA and Europe but also here in Great Britain
with the cream of fly casting instructors and
demonstrators from all over the world.
